ARPG Digital Item Delivery FAQ

Digital item delivery is fastest when the buyer gives exact game details and stays reachable after payment. This FAQ covers the common questions that apply across ARPG orders.

Delivery depends on game rules

Each game has its own trade method, platform restrictions, and account details. Product pages and checkout fields ask for the details needed for that specific order.

Support will not ask for your game password for normal item delivery.

Wrong details slow everything down

If you choose the wrong realm, league, platform, character, or mode, contact Live Help immediately. It is much easier to fix an order before delivery starts.

Refunds depend on order state

If an item cannot be delivered or is unavailable, support can review refund, replacement, wait, or store-credit options. Delivered digital items are normally final.
